Students must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate with documentation of graduation.

Submission of the on-line Surgical Technology Program application. Create your Verified Credentials account, pay the Verified Credentials fee, and complete the required documents. Both are required to be considered for a program director's interview.

Completion of the MTECH Surgical Technology Program may allow you to receive 30 college credits at Utah Valley University, as well as to sit for the Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) certification exam through the Nation Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
